Chef Alessio Uccheddu has been an executive chef in Taiwan for over 10 years, a fifth generation chef, chef Uccheddu dedicated his life to the food industry and to be an ambassador of Italian products, taste & way life. His family is well known all over Italy and has been managing century old restaurants from Roma to Venezia.
